Hi! I'm Lori Roybal
I'm here to help. Doing it all on yourself can be daunting. Most people don't understand the amount of work involved. I can take that off your plate with professionalism, promptness and with the communication you deserve.
l joined Vista Encantada Realtors in 2017 as an associate broker. I graduated with an architecture degree and have worked in the Interior Design field for 26 years. I love houses and everything about them and I am committed to you loving your home, from the paint color on the walls, to your neighborhood and New Mexico as a whole.
My background in architecture and interiors gives me a unique insight into traffic flow and space planning of homes, remodel options and general construction knowledge. Since I have worked on so many homes, I am also very familiar with costs of renovating and refreshing and have all the subcontractors you might need to do so.
I always strive to expand my level of service and therefore, have earned my RENE (Real Estate Negotiations Expert) designation as well as my MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation.
I am a LeadingRE Associate. As a service to my clients, I have a vetted network of Realtors I can refer to you in other parts of the country or world if you are relocating.
